Accurate timing and results distribution

Sprint races, endurances, rally or regularity we can time it all! We have multiple FIA and FIM licensed and experienced timekeepers who work with the RSTime software to provide professional, reliable and elaborate timing services for all kind of sport events.

Complete pit administration for endurance races including driver identification.
Driver identification by transponders or manually.

The services we provide depend on the requirements of the organiser and the circuit facilities. Every event has its own regulations which can differ from any other. Our software is developed to integrate many of these regulations to be able to create an accurate result for every race. Online results, Live Timing and Race Tracker

Shortly after every session (free practice, qualification or race) we print and upload the results to our website raceresults.nu . For organisors or race circuits we have a result plug-in on their website. All results and other timing information of the event will be visible on the organisors/event website. The event organisor, race director, teams and everybody interested will be able to find all results of the session on the website. Not only do we upload the result, but also:

Results per class
Lap - and sector times.
Sector analysis.
Pit and stint information
Lap chart
Start grid
Heat statistics (leaders of the race, best lap times, number of caution procedures).

Every session we time can be followed on the Live Timing and Race Tracker. The Live timing shows the real-time results, lap times and driver and team information without any delays. The Live Timing will show all important timing information for everybody interested. The Race Tracker are your eyes on the track. It shows the lay-out of the track and on it the position of the cars driving around. With the tracker you can follow exactly where each car is driving. The Live Timing and tracker are accessible on every laptop, tablet or mobile phone!

Timing hardware

For accurate timekeeping every vehicle on the track needs to be equipped with a transponder, Many vehicles nowadays have a personal transponder, for those who have no transponder we can bring rental transponders to the event. The Mylaps timing hardware is the standard in the world of timing. We support all types of Mylaps transponders and other timing hardware (X2 platform, Pro, Driver-ID, MX, ProChip, TnetX, X2 etc.). For endurance races we support Driver-ID transponders, the results screens and Live Timing will always show the current driver of every team. We record all driving times and fastest lap times per driver of the team.

Because we want to be able to time every lap of every participant we have back-up systems. As a back-up we often use a infrared light-beam and a finish camera. With all these high-tech solutions we are always able to produce an accurate and reliable race result!

Customised solutions

Time Service is not only a timekeeping company, we develop software solutions for timekeeping and related activities. In the past we have developed multiple (customised) solutions for supporting race organisers with specific activities like entering all drivers/teams, storing scrutineering details or weighing vehicles during the race. The goal of most of these solutions is to optimise the organisation, storing the large amount of data and the communication between organisation and timekeeping.
